Freelancers are expected to indicate in their profile whether or not they have an AutoCAD license. What you require from there is entirely up to you as a firm — there's no platform-mandated standard. You can set that expectation in your arrangement with the freelancer directly.
For freelancers:
File transfer is handled directly through the GigBench portal. All communication and document sharing is tracked within the platform, keeping everything organized and project-specific. You don't need to use external tools.
Yes. If the project description gives you enough comfort to price it as a lump sum, you can select that option. A planned enhancement will also allow for partial payments on lump sum projects, so you'll be able to break those into installments — weekly, monthly, or however you and the firm agree to structure it in the contract.
